About Me

Hi! I’m Brooke!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I work with women who are experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, and the emotional challenges that can come up during life transitions. The women who find their way to my practice are often thoughtful, capable, or high-achieving, yet internally feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. They may struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, a harsh inner critic, or the quiet pressure to meet the world’s expectations while feeling unsure of what they truly want for themselves.

I am passionate about supporting women as they explore their inner world and strengthen their understanding of who they are, especially through seasons of change, whether that means navigating college, career shifts, relationship changes, grief, identity questions, or the realization that the life they’ve built no longer feels fully aligned with who they are becoming.

I was drawn to this work through a deep curiosity about resilience and transformation. I believe that our difficult seasons can shape us in profound ways and become hugely meaningful parts of our personal evolution. This perspective continues to ground my approach and deepen my respect for the complex nature of growth and adaptation.

My Approach

My approach to therapeutic work is warm, collaborative, and encouraging. I integrate a blend of compassion-focused, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, relational, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients build a positive self-concept and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

I believe that meaningful change happens through a therapeutic relationship where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable being honest about your experiences. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can better understand yourself, honor the experiences that have shaped you, and consider how you want to move forward with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. You can expect me to be thoughtful and attuned while also offering gentle reflections and perspectives that help you notice patterns, challenge self-limiting beliefs, and approach life in new ways.

I value balancing insight with skill development, so that what you discover in therapy can translate meaningfully into your everyday life. I will offer a space where we can explore the patterns and belief systems that shape your stress, self-talk, relationships, and how you relate to the world around you. We may look at the ways anxiety, past experiences, or expectations have influenced how you see yourself and make decisions. Along the way, we’ll work on strengthening your trust in your values, inner voice, and ability to make choices that feel authentic to who you are. We’ll also build practical tools to help you respond to life with greater flexibility and emotional resilience.
