Individual Therapy for Women Navigating Anxiety, Transitions, and Self-Discovery
I offer individual therapy for women 18+ who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and major life changes while trying to reconnect with who they are and what matters most to them. I also welcome the opportunity to work with older adolescents when their needs align with my areas of focus.
If you’re questioning your direction, or feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a space to slow things down, untangle what feels heavy, and build the tools to move forward feeling more grounded, clear, and confident.
You don't have to know exactly what you need before starting therapy. Sometimes you simply know that something isn't working, that you're feeling unlike yourself, or that you're ready for some support. We can begin there.
